The work as a senior coach, consultant and trusted advisor is extremely individual. Each new encounter also serves as an opportunity to polish the skills and fine tune the expertise that I have continually expanded during more than 30 years working with employees, staff managers and executive management.
The knowledge and insight of every individual are based on personal experiences and individual perceptions. Ultimately, one’s personal perception of life is similar to a personal operating system. I refrain from lecture-style consultation; the only point of view that counts for me is that of my clients, who will analyse and guide every change from their own personal perspective.
