Born 1958, in Takoradi, Ghana, raised in Australasia, living in Hamburg and Zurich. Diplom-Kaufmann degree (similar to an MBA) from the University of Münster, with a focus on IT and marketing.

13 years at IBM: systems engineer, sales manager and managing principal at IBM Consulting. Founded and managed Practice Media & Communications and its associated IBM MediaLab in Hamburg, involving many assignments and positions abroad.

Five years as partner at Andersen Consulting/Accenture, Sydney, Tokyo and Zurich. Focus on strategic information technology enablement in the media and telecommunications industries. Client partner of Newscorp. Subsequently, independent consultant in various capacities or interim manager at companies such as Mercedes, VW, Beiersdorf, Swisscom, OTTO, Condé Nast, in Europe, Asia and the USA.

Director of Oracle’s exclusive C-Level consulting for Germany / Switzerland. Immediately thereafter, took over the direction of consulting at Siemens Information Services. After its merger with Atos Origin, member of the management at Atos Germany; continuous employment until mid-2015.

Active 35 years as an IT business architect, both in managerial roles and in operations. Qualified and experienced (systemic-constructivist) management and team coach, plus experienced communication trainer.
